I'm having lunch with my daughter.
She picks up a salad leaf.
"I love salad" she announces. I listen up in surprise, so far she has refused to ever eat it.
She puts it into her mouth, chews a bit, and takes it out again.
"I like it nicht. It's too blatty."
(Note: "Blatt" is the German word for "leaf".)
How very perceptive of her!!!
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts precisely
ReplyDeleteSo funny am dying for the bear to start chattering, still on santa and tractor as the two words for almost everything at 18 months!
ReplyDeleteBless her
